Our youth strength program focuses on developing the strength of each athlete and preparing them for the demands of High school athletics. Explosive Performance Development
athletes will perform body-weight and weighted resistance training methods in order to develop their overall strength and power. training is also designed with joint mobility, protection/strength and injury prevention first and foremost. after all, a healthy athlete is an impactful athlete.
